The kit contains the controller and the RF handheld remote switch.
The kit kit does not contains LED Light strip.

For WS2815B you have to set up program 12 (WS2812).
If three digits pixel number is less than 3 digits, use 0 as first digit. For example 32 pixel will be *032*.
